Tawse Winery
Situated along the slopes of the Vineland Double Bench in the Niagara Escarpment on a 32 acre parcel of land, Tawse Winery handcrafts every vintage wine produced at the state-of-the-art winery. This Niagara Winery produces limited quantities of Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, and Riesling varietals. Tawse Winery uses the natural temperature of 10 to 16 degrees Celsius by creating three cellars that are 12 feet deep. In these cellars the oak barrels age for 18 months in a constant temperature to help create the unique and fantastic flavour of Tawse Wines. The unique winery uses gravity flow for the processing facility.
