The Royal DeMaria Winery has been the recipient of 90 gold medals for 84 of the world’s most prestigious wine competitions. This Niagara Peninsula Winery has also won 303 medals within 9 vintages as well as the winner of 8 confirmed world wine records.

Winemaker Joseph DeMaria produced his first vintage in 1998 and is now the only winemaker to specialize in the production of Icewine. Royal DeMaria is known as Canada’s Icewine Specialist and has produced 24 varietals of both red and white Icewines. The world’s first 2002 Mertiage Icewine and the world’s most expensive icewine the 2000 Chardonnay Icewine were also produced here.
