Hidden Bench Vineyards & Winery
The mission of the Hidden Bench Vineyards and Winery is to produce ultra premium VQA wines that are internationally recognized. The winery creates wines from the grapes that grow solely in the Beamsville Bench of the Niagara Peninsula. The winery also practices low-yield crop management in order to grow the best grapes in the region that produce wines with unique character and flavour. This winery uses new technology and innovative approaches to enhance the entire winemaking process, from growing the grapes to creating the wine, while maintaining the taditional styles. The Hidden Bench Winery releases wines twice a year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall. The Terroir Series, limited quantities produced, and the Estate Series Wines, usually available in restaurants and stores, are the two series that the winery produces.
