Niagara Culinary Experiences – The Essence of Icewine

The fourth event in the Niagara Culinary Experience series with Chef Massimo Capra marks a decadent start to the new year as we celebrate the Essence of Icewine.

Niagara is home to some of Canada’s most celebrated Icewine producers. Chef Massimo Capra will celebrate this liquid gold with an exquisite menu that will awaken your palate.

The evening features a 5-course menu with exceptional wine pairings, a standing cocktail reception with canapes and prosecco and a mix and mingle with Massimo.

The event takes place at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant at Sheraton Fallsview.
