Join renowned Chef Massimo Capra for the second event of our Niagara Culinary Experience series as we highlight the cuisine of Emilia-Romagna
Considered to be the finest in the world, the Region’s culinary specialties are the staples of any great Italian kitchen. Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Parma Ham, traditional balsamic vinegar, tagliatelle and tortellini pasta are just the start!
The evening features a 5-course menu with exceptional wine pairings, a standing cocktail reception with canapes and prosecco and a mix and mingle with Massimo.
The event takes place at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant at Sheraton Fallsview.
