Niagara Culinary Experiences – Capra’s Tour of Calabria

The first event of spring in the Niagara Culinary Experience series with Chef Massimo Capra is a Tour of Calabria.

Renowned for bold flavours, vibrant ingredients and a playful dose of chilies, Calabrian cuisine highlights the ingenuity of turning humble ingredients into incredible dishes. Spicy ‘nduja sausage, fresh seafood and sun-ripened vegetables, are key ingredients of this Southern Region.

The evening features a 5-course menu with exceptional wine pairings, a standing cocktail reception with canapes and prosecco and a mix and mingle with Massimo.

The event takes place at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant at Sheraton Fallsview.
