Sterling Inn & Spa
The building which now houses the Sterling Inn & Spa was originally built in 1928 as the Cairns Creameries, was then the Bordens Dairy Factory in the 1930’s. In the 1980’s this building was one of the best night clubs in Niagara being home to the “Roman Court”, “Castle Rock” and “The Basement”. In 2006 the old creamery was transformed into Niagara’s only Boutique hotel, which maintains the classic look with the 3 storey “milk bottle entrance”
